Terms & Conditions – Hotel Sunflower, Puri

By making a reservation and staying at Hotel Sunflower, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 9:00 AM

  • Check-out time: 8:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

  • Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Taxes, if applicable, will be charged as per government regulations.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking source and season.

  • In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge as per the applicable policy.

  • Guests are advised to confirm cancellation terms at the time of booking.

4. Guest Identification

  • Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) is mandatory at check-in.

  • The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation without valid ID.

  • Local ID holders may be accepted or declined as per hotel policy.

5. Occupancy

  • The number of guests per room must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified at the time of booking.

  • Extra persons may be charged additionally and are subject to availability of extra bedding.

6. Child Policy

  • Children below a certain age may stay free when sharing beds with parents (please confirm at booking).

  • Extra mattress or bedding will be chargeable.

7. Hotel Conduct & Behavior

  • Guests are expected to maintain decent behavior and respect hotel property and other guests.

  • Loud music, parties, or any form of disturbance is strictly prohibited.

  • The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to vacate without refund in case of misconduct.

8. Damage & Loss

  • Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.

  • Hotel Sunflower is not responsible for loss of valuables. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings.

9. Safety & Security

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by hotel staff.

  • The hotel is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss caused by negligence or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Amenities & Services

  • Amenities such as Wi-Fi, water supply, and rooftop access are provided in good faith and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

  • Assistance with Jagannath Mahaprasad and travel arrangements is subject to availability and external service providers.

11. Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions due to natural calamities, government regulations, strikes, or circumstances beyond control.

12. Right to Admission

  • Hotel Sunflower reserves the right of admission and may refuse service to anyone without prior notice if hotel policies are violated.
